Terms and Conditions

The cottage is strictly non-smoking and sorry no pets are permitted. Bed linen is provided. Please bring own linen for cot if required. Gas and electricity are included. Towels can be provided with prior notice subject to a charge of £25.00 per week. The cottage is available from 3pm on date of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on departure date. Hirer/s undertake to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and return the keys.

The private access track is an uneven surface and approximately 1/4 mile in length therefore unsuitable for low chassis vehicles. No liability for loss or damage to vehicles, persons, or personal belongings is accepted.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total holiday cost is required with this completed form to secure your
booking.

Reservations made prior to receipt of booking form and deposit can only be held for 7 days from date
of request.

The balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday. If your holiday commences within 4 weeks of booking, the full
payment is due immediately. Non-payment by required date shall be deemed as non-refundable cancellation.

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel
your holiday all monies paid will be refunded.

Occupation limit of 4 plus cot shall must not be exceeded.

All gates must be kept closed during your stay and livestock unhindered. Farm buildings are strictly out of bounds and the access must be kept clear at all times.

Damages and breakages are the responsiblity of the hirer and must be paid for.

The owners/employees of Llety Piod Farm do not accept liability for injury to persons damage or loss to personal possessions, vehicles or their contents. Any personal belongings left at the cottage will be returned upon request subject to payment of postal fee by the hirer.
