Terms and Conditions

The cottage is strictly non-smoking and sorry no pets are permitted. Bed linen is provided. Please bring own linen for cot if required. Gas and electricity are included. Towels can be provided with prior notice subject to a charge of £25.00 per week. The cottage is available from 3pm on date of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on departure date. Due to access roadway, sports vehicles with low chassis would not be suitable.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total holiday cost is required with this completed form to secure your
booking.

Reservations made prior to receipt of booking form and deposit can only be held for 7 days from date
of request.

The balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday. If your holiday commences within 4 weeks of booking, the full
payment is due immediately.

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel
your holiday all monies paid will be refunded.
